Difficulty: Easy, but requires some stamina
Ingredients:
- Rectangular 95 x 70 cm Outer fabric (Who wants I can sew a patchwork)
-. square 95x 70 cm Thermovlies
- Rectangular 95x 70 cm back as Teddy fabric
- buckle there are Prym
- Webbing about 1.50 meters long
- elasticated about 1.50 meters
- 2 eye diameter 11 mm

The dimensions are adapted to our trek. This is relatively long. If necessary, shorten the length slightly.
